Jeff was amazing. He gave me a second opinion that I needed because what someone else said was not correct. He showed me the tools and he went through everything and showed me what everything meant. He was very verbal on everything and every step he took. He told me the truth and gave me great suggestions on what to do. He cleaner the mold excellent and he gave me great details on what he was doing and what he had done. I would highly recommend and if i ever need help again I will be calling him.

We hired Jefert Palmer from Illinois Mold Eradicator to address some mold issues in our attic. Jeff was very easy to work with, professional, and concientous. He explained the process thoroughly, provided before and after pictures, and made sure to protect the areas while he worked. We were very pleased with Jeff's work and will definitely hire him again if needed.

Mr Jeff was very professional, he provided quality work. Once he started his work, I didn’t see him for hours, he’s focused on his job and the results. He also had great ideas when I was unhappy about getting rid of my knotty pine. He didn’t take long to complete the job, he’s clean and thorough, I think he did extra. I am very happy with his price and the results. He did a great job!
